holiday prep

Oh man, Christmas with a four year old is magical!  We have been having so much fun getting ready.  There is still much more to come but here's a few things we've done:

 Visiting Santa at the mall.  They even had a magic mail box that went straight to the north pole and snow came out when it opened.  Isn't he a handsome kid?  I love his hair longer, but man is it a pain to try to get it to lay down in the mornings, so he just got it cut short again =(

Family pictures- they're not great, but hey, they were free and all things considered I think they turned out pretty good.

I forgot to take pictures of setting up the tree, but we had a lot of fun and our tree looks great (although it is dropping needles fast and may or may not make it til Christmas!)

We're doing the unwrap a Christmas story every day advent, which Tagg has really enjoyed, especially because each book also has a treat attached.  He has also been doing lots of fun holiday activities at preschool. Next week is his nativity play- his part is the innkeeper.  More pictures to come!
